NADBanknet and CECnet sign up directions

NADBanknet (previously BECCnet)

NADB (North American Development Bank) has merged with BECC, the name change reflects this. NADBanknet is a free Internet forum that provides information on activities and news related to the North American Development Bank (NADB) and Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC). It also allows people to exchange comments and information related to the U.S.-Mexico border environment with individuals and groups on both sides of the border.

CECnet 

CECnet is a free Internet forum that provides information on activities and news related to the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC). It also allows people to exchange comments and information related to the North American transboundary environment with individuals and groups in Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
